Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow me time to fill the slot. Please note that any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not turn up for your appointment, the full charge of the treatment will be incurred.

I understand that illness and unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life and will always try to be understanding.
